Ordering

 

All orders will be despatched using royal mail. Once you have made an order your item will be dispatched between 1-3 working days depending on product availability and postage method chosen. If you would like the tracking number please contact us kokocollective@gmail.com we will email you the tracking number which you can use on the royal mail website. (Please note that if you choose the free 1st class royal mail option there is no tracking number)

Delivery

 

Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days from order for orders to mainland UK (depending on the delivery option chosen).  If for some reason a delay is obligatory we will contact you and work out another delivery option and you may wish to wait alternatively you can cancel the order if it will not arrive by the date needed.

 

Returns & Exchange

 

All our products are made to a high quality and we try to keep true to colour/style photographs on the website, however we are an online store so we understand our products can’t be ‘tried on for size’ and that sometimes the product may not be exactly what you were expecting. We are happy to exchange the item or refund the cost of the item if we receive an email to kokocollective@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item letting us know and posting it within 14 days of its original purchase date. Please make sure the item has not been used or damaged and is returned in its original state.
